The Authentication, Authorization and Administration (AAA) Team is part of Thomson Reuters Sales & Trading Division. The AAA team is responsible for building the foundation platform of the cutting edge authentication, authorization and administration in order to support current and future products. Our AAA Team build a single sign-on for any product utilizing the most savvy technology to simplify the most complex permission to support Thomson Reuters strategic financial applications by allowing any new product to use the platform in the plug-n-play fashion. The team undertake agile development to meet time-to-market while delivering industrial quality platform.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Preparing testing documentations, including test scripts, test cases and test scenarios.
- Performing test cases, identify problems and help with problem analysis, debug and resolutions.
- Executing test result reporting.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Thai nationality.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science,Computer Engineering, IT or related field.
- At least 1-2 year experience in application testing, software testing or system testing.
- Knowledge of software development life cycle.
- Experience in IT Project management skills.
- Experience in automated testing suites of Mercury (HP) wolud be an advantage.
- Knowledge of SQL statement, Store Procedure, Query and Orcacle PL/SQL is a plus.
- Good understanding in IT best practice CMM,CMMI.
- Good command of written and spoken English.

กราบสวัสดีพ่อแม่พี่น้องทุกคนครับ บัดนี้ก็ได้เวลามาเล่าประสบการณ์ หลังจากที่ได้ไปงานสัมนา Agile Methodology and Software Testing ที่คณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ ที่จุฬ่าฯ ครับ

พอไปถึงที่ห้องประชุม โอ้แม่เจ้าคนเยอะมาก จนต้องได้นั่งเก้าอี้เสริมกันเลยทีเดียว เริ่มต้นสัมนาก็ทำให้หวาดหวั่นเล็กน้อยถึงปานกลาง เนื่องการพูดคุยกันนั้นเป็นภาษาอักกฤษทั้งหมดซึ่งทักษะทางด้านภาษาของผมนั้นค่อนข้างอ่อนแอมาก เลยคิดในใจว่า “…จะได้อะไรกลับไปไหมเนี่ย” แต่ก็ช่วยไม่ได้ละมาแล้วนี่ต้องตั้งใจเต็มที่ ก็พยายามฟังไป รู้บ้างไม่รู้บ้าง เอาละนอกเรื่องมานานเอาสาระบ้างดีกว่า ผมจะขอพูดในมุมของตัวผมเองซึ่งเป็นเพียงแค่นักศึกษา ไม่ได้มีประสบการในการทำงานทางด้านนี้มากนัก
เริ่มต้นจาก Agile Methodology โดยที่เรียนมาก็จะได้เรียนรู้แต่ทฤษฎีต่างๆ เช่น Waterfall หรือ Agile หรือจะเป็น Extreme Programming แต่ที่จะได้ใช้บ่อยๆ ในตอนเรียนหรือทำ Project ก็จะเป็นการใช้แบบ Waterfall ซึ่งมันจะแตกต่างกันพอสมควรระหว่าง Agile กับ Waterfall แต่ก็ด้วยความโชคที่บริษัทที่กำลังฝึกงานอยู่ขณะนี้ใช้การพัฒนา software แบบ Agile ก็เลยทำให้ผมได้เข้าใจในส่วนนี้ได้ง่ายขึ้น ในส่วนตัวของผมเองได้ก็ได้มองเห็นข้อดีของการพัฒนา software แบบ Agile โดยคร่าวๆ ดังนี้
