Position: Senior/Quality Assurance Engineer(Views)

QA Views team is aiming to deliver Explorer Views, web application on Utah Desktop providing a customer all broad and depth services and contents as part of the CP program. Explorer Views focuses on Homepages and Guides, Fixed Income Views, Equity Views and Space Views.

Senior / QA Engineer for QA Views will responsible for software testing in both Functional and Non-funcional areas using manual testing technique and automation testing technique.

Key Responsibilities

  • Being quality professionals by involving in requirement analysis and writing test cases and QTP test scripts.
  • Perform test execution of assigned testing projects and delivered test result based on Thomson Reuters standard.
  • Work with key stakeholders for defect analysis and update into “Defect Tracking System”.
  • Diagnosing and resolving technical and operational problems on installed networks, systems or software.
  • Be responsible the quality of own work and ensure the delivery within specified timeline.
  • Document all the test cases and test result including troubleshoots if any.
  • Report test progress, issues (if any) and problem resolution on regular basis to the management.
  • Recommending improvements to the overall quality process to create efficiencies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science or any related fields.
  • At least 3 years experience in testing professional framework for Senior position.
  • Experienced in Web Application and Web Technology.
  • Having knowledge in Automation Testing and Automation Script, e.g. QTP.
  • Good command in English both writing and speaking. For Senior position must be able tocommunicate with foreign colleagues over teleconference.

Applicants must be legally able to work in Thailand without the company having to provide a work permit.
