สวัสดียามเย็นวันศุกร์ต้นเดือนเมษายน 2552 ทำงานกันอีกไม่เท่าไรก็จะได้หยุดกันยาวๆ ในเทศกาลประจำปีของชนชาวไทยเรานะครับ วันสงกรานต์ หายหน้า หายตา ไปเกือบสิบวันเพราะมีภารกิจของ office ที่แดนไกล เลยมิได้เข้ามา update บทความลงใน We Love Bug เลย วันศุกร์นี้ก็มาประเดิมด้วยคำถามข้อที่ 4 กันต่อละกันนะครับ

คำถาม

ข้อนี้น่าจะเป็นปัญหาที่หลายๆ คน เคยเจอกับการทำงานจริงๆ คะแนน 3 คะแนน

a) Let development sign off the defect as not reproducible.

b) Sign off the defect yourself as not reproducible.

c) Tell development the defect definitely exists and you will not pass it inless fixed.

d) Re-test and upon confirmation provide more detailed information to development, talking them through each stage if necessary.
